About Elemela
I’m a passionate nutrition educator with a strong academic and clinical background. I completed my B.Sc. in Applied Nutrition & Public Health M.Sc. in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics. I have hands-on clinical experience, having worked at TX Hospitals for 6 months, where I was involved in therapeutic nutrition planning and patient counseling. Currently, I’m working as a Research Investigator at ICMR–NIN (National Institute of Nutrition), where I’ve been contributing to national-level nutrition research for the past 6 months. What truly drives me is the joy of teaching and simplifying complex nutrition concepts. I believe that learning should be clear, practical, and empowering, and I love helping students build strong foundations in subjects like therapeutic nutrition, food science, and nutritional assessment.
