About Neha
Hi, I'm Neha!
I'm a Psychology educator with postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology and Human Resource Development & Management, and a genuine passion for understanding people, behavior, and the factors that shape our lives. My journey with psychology has taken me through teaching, research, psychological practice, and organizational psychology, giving me the opportunity to apply psychological concepts in both academic and real-world settings.
Over the years, I've worked as a Teaching Assistant, Peer Mentor, Psychologist, HR Generalist, and HR Consultant. I've conducted and published research, completed two Master's dissertations, presented research at an international conference, and supported students with coursework, research projects, academic writing, and statistics.
What excites me most about teaching is helping students discover that psychology is far more interesting and relatable than it sometimes appears in textbooks. I believe that learning should be engaging, practical, and meaningful. Rather than focusing on memorization, I aim to help students understand concepts deeply, connect them to real-life experiences, and develop confidence in their own thinking and abilities.
Whether you're preparing for exams, exploring a challenging topic, working on a research project, or simply looking to strengthen your understanding of psychology, I'd be happy to support you on your learning journey.
Outside of psychology, I enjoy reading, traveling, discovering new movies and shows, and spending time with animals. I'm also a pet lover and occasionally rescue or foster stray animals whenever I can.

Hi! I'm a Psychology educator with postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology and Human Resource Development & Management.
Over the years, I've worked as a Teaching Assistant, Peer Mentor, Psychologist, HR Generalist, and HR Consultant, applying psychology across educational, clinical, and workplace settings.
One of the reasons I'm passionate about teaching psychology is because I've been a psychology student myself. I know that many concepts can sometimes feel confusing, abstract, or disconnected from real life. Too often, students are left memorizing theories and terminology without truly understanding what they mean or why they matter.
My approach is to make psychology accessible, relatable, and engaging. I love using real-world examples, practical applications, and everyday experiences to bring concepts to life and help students build genuine understanding and confidence.
My lessons are personalized to each student's needs, goals, and current level of understanding. I begin by understanding your academic background, strengths, challenges, and the specific topics or skills you'd like to work on, and then create a structured learning plan tailored to your requirements. Lessons may involve learning new concepts, covering chapters in a step-by-step manner, resolving doubts, discussing real-world and relatable examples, and developing a deeper understanding of the subject rather than relying on memorization. To reinforce learning, I may incorporate short assignments, quizzes, reflection exercises, or practice activities where appropriate. Depending on your goals, sessions can also include exam preparation, mock tests, answer-writing guidance, study planning, research support, dissertation mentoring, and strategies for approaching psychology questions with clarity and confidence.
My classes are primarily intended for undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology students, including BA, BSc, MA, and MSc Psychology learners. I also welcome students in Grades 11 and 12 who are studying Psychology and would like additional support in understanding concepts, preparing for examinations, or building a stronger foundation in the subject. In addition, I work with adult learners who have an interest in psychology, as well as students seeking guidance with research methodology, statistics, SPSS/JASP/Jamovi, academic writing, dissertations, theses, and psychology-related coursework.
To me, psychology is much more than a subject—it's a way of understanding ourselves, other people, and the world around us. Whether you're studying for exams, exploring a topic you're struggling with, or working on a research project or dissertation, my goal is to help you learn in a way that feels meaningful, enjoyable, and empowering.
