I combine traditional Guru-Shishya Parampara techniques with modern pedagogy. My lessons include voice culture, breathing exercises, pitch perfection (Shruti), tala (rhythm), and raga development. I use both repetition and explanation to help students understand the “why” behind each note and phrase.

Each session begins with a vocal warm-up followed by practice of alankars (patterns), basic or advanced ragas, depending on the student’s level. I also incorporate listening exercises, brief theory explanations, and encourage students to maintain a riyaz (practice) routine.
