About Alexandra
Hi! I’m a dedicated and approachable nursing tutor currently enrolled in Northeastern University’s Direct Entry Nursing (DEN) program. I graduated in May from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, and I bring a strong academic foundation and real-world healthcare experience to every tutoring session. I currently work at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), where I actively apply nursing principles in a fast-paced clinical setting. Before this, I worked for over 2.5 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in nursing homes and also have experience in home health, caring for patients in their own homes. These experiences have given me a well-rounded view of patient care across a variety of settings. Because I’ve recently completed many of the same nursing courses you’re working through—like Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Med-Surg, and OB/Peds—I’m able to offer relevant, up-to-date guidance that aligns with current nursing school standards.
