Basically, I focus on the freehand exercise I think this is the best starting point for everyone. Cardio, a little bit of yoga, some stretching exercises are very helpful and the pre-workout meal is a must. Push-up, pull-ups, sit-up, Squat will be your friends in this journey.

Perfect! Tanmay as a teacher is very good and amiable. He conducts classes very friendly and also focuses on proper form which is very important. Moreover he has a pretty decent knowledge nutrition. You won't be disappointed. He is more like a friend.
Tanmay is a very good teacher with a well-behaved personality and desire to spread the fitness awareness among everyone.
I remember not understanding a particular session even if he took that already twice and yet he was always helpful towards correcting my mistakes.
He is definitely recommend for every one of you trying to get along with the fitness mindset.
