Hai, I am Niveditha. I am a Chartered Accountant student. I started my fitness Journey in 2020 and lost 13kgs by 6 months. Yes! that's right! All matters is dedication and self-motivation. I started my journey because I felt very low at some point in my life, and now I feel very confident and I came to my comfort zone. Workouts is not just for physical health but also for our mental health too. And in my case workouts and healthy diet made me to become better version of myself.
