About Window Cleaning Ron
My strongest trait isn’t my ability to clean windows — it’s integrity. I do my best even when no one’s watching. I believe in doing things right, giving more than what’s expected, and working to build real trust and customer satisfaction. That trust has turned into lasting relationships. People remember me for being fair and for speaking plainly, and many now call me a friend. When I’m on a job site, they know I’m one less person to worry about.
I love to give advice and I’ll always share what I know if you just ask.
I don’t know if I was born to be a teacher or if giving advice is something I was naturally gifted with. But over time, I noticed people constantly asking me, "What do you think about this idea?" or "Should I go after that?" They asked without me prying or offering — they just saw something in me. Maybe I didn’t choose to teach — maybe it chose me.
What prompted me to start was realizing that if I can plant a seed in someone’s mind, and they’re willing to nurture it, it can grow into something powerful. That process — helping someone move forward — became its own reward.
Coaching is my way of helping make that happen. My reward might be financial — sure, I’ll take that — but a simple thank you feels just as good and just as empowering.
Even other self-proclaimed experts I’ve worked with in the past, good or bad, will say I’m an expert. But I don’t try to be anything beyond what I know. If I don’t have the experience or the answer to your question or request, I’ll simply say I do not no. That’s just being honest.
How many years I’ve been doing this isn’t the point. Time doesn’t equal skill — experience does. We’ve all heard someone claim they’re good at something, only to find out they’re not. The proof is in the pudding — whatever kind you like. If I’ve got the answer, I’ll gladly share the recipe, and you can decide for yourself if it’s any good.
I can have a conversation with anyone — from a panhandler on the street to the owner of a company — with the same ease, friendliness, and respect. I’ve mastered the power of saying nothing when it’s the right move, and I’ve learned how to say no in a way that still keeps doors open. I live to give but choose when and how carefully. I believe in karma, good energy, and keeping things real.
I love dogs, but if one growls, a simple "good dog" is all they’ll get. I’m also a digital artist, a wedding DJ, and I enjoy editing videos. On my days off, you’ll probably catch me doing my favorite thing — absolutely nothing.

This lesson is 100% focused on residential window cleaning — no high-rise, no storefronts, just real guidance on how to start and succeed with homes, where you can make the most profit. Residential work is the most detailed, most challenging, and one of the most surprising paths you can take on as a business.
Whether you're brand new or trying to level up, I’ll coach you based on your goals, not some preset plan. I’ll go over what tools you need (and what you don’t), how to clean windows inside and out safely, how to price jobs, how to talk to homeowners, and how to walk away if the job doesn’t make sense financially.
Fear of heights and ladders can both be managed. You don’t have to be fearless to succeed in this business. I’ll coach you on how to use planning and smart tools to avoid unnecessary risks. Most residential jobs don’t require ladders, I’ve built my entire workflow around staying on the ground whenever possible. That keeps things safer, smoother, and more efficient. Some jobs do require a ladder, and I’ll be upfront about how to handle those, with safety, control, and a system that works. You don’t have to like heights, you just have to know how to work around them and manage them when needed.
Age is not a factor in this business. Young or old, there is a position and a pace that works for you. Younger people often bring energy, fearlessness, and drive, ready to jump into the work and go. Older individuals bring wisdom, patience, and often the ability to get it right the first time. They may also have stronger skills in managing a business, building client relationships, and structuring growth. No matter your age, if you want it, there’s a way to make it work.
Presentation is everything. How you show up can make the difference between looking like a real business or just a hustler. Put your best foot forward. Likability and knowledge go a long way in your favor.
The estimate is the time to put all the cards on the table. This is when everything gets addressed — concerns, conditions, expectations. Doing this up front will release you from unforeseen liability. I’ll coach you on what to look for, how to build a solid Plan B, and how to break a job down from different angles so nothing catches you off guard. I’ll also go over how to negotiate and turn your bids into wins with clarity and control.
After the walk around, when it’s time to talk numbers, pay close attention to body language and subtle shifts in conversation, they often reveal whether the client is leaning toward hiring you or holding back. When pricing becomes the focus, hesitation or vague responses usually mean your number didn’t land right. I’ll coach you on how to negotiate without backing down or losing control. That means knowing when to pause, how to reframe your value, and how to steer the conversation toward outcomes, not just price. The goal isn't to discount your work it's to match your offer with what matters most to the client. Ask the right questions, stay calm, and keep the energy open. I’ll show you how to handle silence, shift momentum, and close with confidence and respect.
I’ll go over how to handle customers, what to wear, how to carry yourself, and how to build trust in the first five minutes. I’ll also show you where to buy your gear when starting out and how each tool works. You’ll walk away with confidence, clarity, and solid information — and when you’ve got that, you can win every time.
Strategy and the right equipment will save you loads of time at every job. I’ll coach you on where to start so you get the most profit for your time. I’ll also coach you on how long it actually takes to clean a window, and how to switch up your approach if it’s not working in your favor.
