About Andrew

Hi! I’m a friendly Fitness and Mindset Coach who also has a background in (Multi) Sports Coaching. I genuinely love meeting new people, supporting their goals, and helping them unlock their full potential - regardless of age or experience level. As a health enthusiast dedicated to aligning mental and physical well-being; I’m passionate about showing others how consistent, healthy habits can positively compound and be truly transformative - not just for the body, but for every area of life.

Alongside coaching, I also work in a corporate environment, so I fully understand the pressure of busy schedules, stress, and limited time. I empathise deeply with clients who struggle to balance work, life, and fitness, and I’m here to provide both guidance and a supportive space to talk.

I firmly believe mental and physical health are inseparable. Having personally faced challenges with my body and mental well-being, I use my experience to connect with clients on a real level and guide them through their own journey. Helping others grow - inside and out - has always been my purpose.

Feel free to reach out and let’s discover how we can work together to build a better, healthier, and more confident you.

I’m a patient PT, Sports and Life Coach who tailors every session to your unique personality, goals, and fitness level. Whether you thrive under a firm, “military-style” approach or prefer a gentler, more supportive style; my decade plus of experience, enables me to adapt to what works best for you.

Before each session, I prepare a personalised workout plan and nutrition guidance designed to accelerate your progress. You’ll also have 24/7 support - because your journey naturally doesn’t end when the session does.

I can train you at a gym, in your home, or via video; offering complete flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Sessions run for 60-75 minutes on average, and afterwards I can support from a nutrition and recovery angle. I also offer mental well-being guidance; whether you need career support, mindset coaching, or simply someone to talk to after a long day.

I believe deeply in holistic health. My mission is to support you in any capacity; helping you grow stronger in every aspect of your life. Let’s take the next step together!

Find out more about Andrew

  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

I started playing sports from the age of 3! As soon as I was able to walk, my parents always encouraged me to either be outdoors or participating in a sports class, so that I was always moving my body. I am very grateful for this moment as it was really what allowed me to appreciate the importance of, and fall in love with, exercise from an early age and set great habits which have been with me ever since.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

I enjoy playing and watching every sport! The general cause for competition and aim to reach the very top of any respective sport, has been an innate drive of mine from a young age. However, I particularly enjoy watching Football, Tennis and Basketball. I have played the former to a high level and would love to explore F1 / racing in any capacity - to drive (no pun intended) my thirst for adrenaline and high octane activity!
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

I have always been passionate and motivated to move my body in any capacity. This was handed down to me by my parents from an early age - whether that was in a sports hall or outdoors - and I have always found a yearning for, and liberation in, physical exercise. I am naturally competitive and want to pass down all knowledge I have, to the younger generations so that I can play a part - no matter how small - in raising a generation that can spend their energy and time in a positive and healthy manner.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

I once participated in a 48 hour, non stop row that helped to raising thousands for charity and this has stuck with me ever since. The small part I played in helping others, as well as pushing to my full physical potential; taught me what continues to be most important as a professional in my industry, but also what is important in general as a person. I was also able to realise that I can achieve way beyond my own reckoning.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

My achievements and challenges have allowed me to develop the experience and maturity to understand what is important when participating in a sport or exercise. To lead with humility is to allow yourself the realisation of your full potential, and to understand that you are here to cooperate whenever you can with others, and transfer knowledge - especially in the gym.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

I would choose to go on a jog with Rafael Nadal. His humility, innate work rate, and quiet confidence in his own abilities; have always been qualities which I have aspired towards. However, his relentlessness and resilience are the key traits that I have admired most about him and I would ask him questions centred on his ability to keep coming back from adversity and how he managed to maintain his consistency over decades.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

To appreciate that everyone is different and has unique backgrounds, is to take the first step to truly understanding and empathising with your clients. This is the most important thing in my industry. You do this by asking questions that they are comfortable answering, and genuinely caring about them and understanding what makes them tick and how they would like to go about achieving their objectives. Emotional intelligence is key here and you must be adaptable and patient in your approach to different clients. Listening, learning, and prioritising their needs, is the only way to adding value.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

Above everything, I believe my ability to listen, learn, and try to improve every single day, is what allows me to become better in the sport I am in. I then try to build on my learnings, with practice and I always immerse myself with other professionals so that I can continue to provide the best for my clients. I don’t think there’s another method better for me personally, than to continue in this fashion and I hope this view is shared by all my clients!
