About Thomas
I am a health professional and sports educator since 2016. Specialized in the care of the lambda athlete to the professional athlete, I am able to take care of the least pain or discomfort that you could feel. I work in parallel in my own private health care practice north of Rennes. With an experience in gym, fitness and bodybuilding for almost 10 years, I practice martial arts and combat sports since I was 3 years old.

This assessment is based on the quality of your movements (prevention of injuries and optimization of your results), your mobility restrictions and your performance.
