About Nurul Syafiqah
A former Foundation in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) student with honors, I recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Language Studies, specializing in English for Professional Communication, also with honors. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Language Studies (Research) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
One thing about me - I am ultimately open to hearing and assessing your major or minor hurdles in learning or understanding the English language.
As a postgraduate student myself, it is definitely a setback to be clearly understanding of something but struggling to express it. This is a common problem in English writing.
You might think falling behind is because you don't try enough or don't read enough. In English writing, obviously, reading makes the most of it. Without reading, how are you going to build your vocabulary which later can be helpful to your writing pieces? This applies to your comprehension too.
Believe it or not, even without having to read tons of books in a span of one week just to acquire the right knowledge for your examinations/tests, you can make more than what you think you can even with just one simple media consumption.
And I am doing just that.
As a tutor, it is my utmost duty to help you see your own path and creativity in SPM English paper 1 and 2 even if it seems impossible.
Everyone is capable of something, be not afraid!

1) Lessons will be 100% focused on secondary level English language grammar comprehension, creative writing, essay writing and proofreading all in paper 1 and paper 2.
2) I will assess your own personal struggles with English writing as students tend to carry extraordinary ideas but lacking in putting everything into words and sentence structures.
3) Extra materials and extensive assessments will be provided for better learning (depending on the students - nothing overwhelming on the plate).
4) Teaching can be in fully Malay language, fully English language or the combination of both (depending on the students - any choices to your own comfort).
5) Two-way communication is encouraged at all time.
