Though I am an Indian my accent is very clear and neutral for them to understand me and practice speaking correct sentences. When a child speaks English he doesn't follow grammar, he just listens to the speaker and imitates. Just like this a new English speaker needs to listen to the professor and practice the correct sentences. It needs patience and constant motivation for both the teacher and a learner.
