About Maximilian
I am a university student who is passionate about languages, I speak English, Polish, Spanish and French. I learnt French during high school in VCE, and building on that learning experience I taught myself Spanish with a variety of techniques which I have developed over the years.
My reasoning for learning Spanish was because I wanted to do a semester abroad in Spain, and now having successfully done that I can say that my language learning techniques payed off as I was able to fluently speak with Spanish speakers everyday after less than 2 years of studying the language.
I believe that many of the methods which are conventionally used for teaching a language are not very effective, and this is why I really want to share with others the invaluable lessons I've learnt from my hours of research and practice in language learning, as I think that anyone has the capacity to reach fluency with just a bit of guidance in the right direction.

I teach Spanish from the perspective of someone who truely wants to learn Spanish to use it in everyday situations and casual conversations.
While it's highly important to start from grammatical fundamentals, I only spend the minimum time necessary teaching grammar and conjugation rules, as from years of personal experience Ive found that surrounding yourself with the language as much as possible is the most effective way to learn.
Therefore, I will create learning techniques based on the individual to give the most efficient way possible for your learning style and personality to learn Spanish. As I have gone through the language learning process multiple times now, I have a deep understanding of the journey and progression of learning a language, and I have an abundance of methods to share which will certainly improve your Spanish in a practical and enjoyable way.
