I graduated with a Master's degree in Geology but I went immediately into the tech industry no sooner than my graduation. My methods of teaching are project-based, whereby the individual will complete a mini-project after learning and acquiring the new skills I teach them. This project-based approach will eventually enable a person to build a portfolio which is essential in securing a job in the future.

I worked with Olusola for a year on the same team where I was a DevOps Engineer and he was a Lead.
Olusola was a great team player as well as a great lead for the engineers he was managing.
Olusola was managing at least 7 new python developers every 3 months and at the end of this period, each developer was a better python developer than they were when they joined the team.
