About Sipho
I completed matric with a Bachelor's Degree in 2015, at Mbonwa Secondary School. This led me to start my Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Mangosuthu University of Technology in 2017, then finish it in 2019, then in 2020, I was doing my Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management which is equivalent to a Degree then I completed it in 2020. I am a current Tutor of Human Resource Management at MUT, and I like my work because I'm fighting to be a lecturer in future. My skills and competencies are that I am posed with better communication skills, planning and organising skills, time management skills, work individual and groups skills, leadership and motivation skills, coaching and mentoring skills. That is why I am also interested in being a private tutor with the aim of uplifting the education of students to another level to accomplish their goals.

As a person who is a tutor, and interested of being a private tutor. I am good when it's comes to Human Resource Management and also Human Resource Development. My lessons are more practical, with the fact that I did assisted students who are doing HRM to do their HRD project which based on Training Plan and Design, in order to make it successful it must Background of your selected company, Introduction of the problem, Selection of training will be utilised other on the job or off the job training, Indication of NQF level, Number of people will trained, Consulted parties like Top management, Line manager, ETD specialist, and SETA, Training material, Venue, Budget, Register, Evaluation of the program, Register and also Unit Standard. I also appointed to help students to do Induction Program as role play. I teached them to design their slides and group each other into six, then five of them will be a Senior manager, Manager, Supervisor, Co-workers then 6th will be a new comer who will be teached the portfolio of the company, informed about his/her supervisor and colleagues, job location, job tasks, job objectives and it relationship to other jobs, to make him/her feel welcome. These are one of my lessons hope will like too to be my students. Thank you.
