About Lydia
I started my career as a singer and presenter at a very young age. My fascination with the power of communication of the VOICE led me first to sing and write for radio programs, and then to present and direct them. Since then, my voice has become my main instrument, and I study it in depth.
As a performer of various styles of contemporary music, I research, apply and disseminate the pedagogical methods that have helped me in vocal rehabilitation, the development of artistic identity and the understanding of our instrument, always in search of healthy and healing singing.

Siempre me ha encantado su voz, lo que no pude pensar jamás es que enseñaba tan bien como cantaba. Cada semana me enseña diferentes técnicas para conseguir una mejor respiración, salir de mi zona de confort (que durante mucho tiempo ha sido cantar de modo lírico) y descubrir nota a nota cómo conseguir que suene prolongada en el tiempo sin ahogarme. La prueba de mis avances es que mi cuñada me ha preguntado esta semana que yo desde cuándo canto así. Disfruto de cada clase como si fuera una niña pequeña y consigo semana a semana los retos que me plantea. No solo musicales sino también corporales, puesto que cantar estoy descubriendo que es un trabajo corporal completo, que incluye incluso la relajación. Para mí es una suerte haber descubierto a Lydia como coach vocal. Gracias por todo y por tanto.
