I have spent the bulk of my software career working 1:1 with developers of all experience levels in a practice called "Pair Programming", and the most recent 4 putting pair programming to practice in a global consulting outfit with offices all over the globe, working with junior engineers, clients, and peers to tackle a problem together. This way, we code with fewer errors, and share knowledge across a team, up-skilling everyone in the process.
