I started my career in the technical line, in the fertilizer manufacturing industry. Then I switched over to marketing and distribution and then to Management Information Systems, With twenty plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry, which made me strong in the subjects, I stepped into management education. After a stint of ten plus years in a few institutions, I switched over to specialized institutions in Logistics and then Healthcare. Such a wide experience backed by industrial experience is my greatest strength. My philosophy is SIMPLIFICATION. Even now, I practice simplification as my methodology for learning and teaching. Simplification of any problem, in fact solves more than fifty percent of the problem itself. I have guided hundreds of students both in UG and PG levels for the examinations and project works.
