As an enthusiastic educator, published poet, and lifelong learner, I am passionate about inspiring individuals and helping them unlock their full potential — whether it’s by supporting students through academic challenges, coaching the art of communication, or empowering professionals to advance in their careers.
Since 2018, I have worked as a Private Tutor and Coach and hold a First-Class Honours BA in English & Drama from the University of Exeter and a PGCE in Secondary English from King’s College London. My teaching journey spans public and private schools across three continents, enriching my approach with a broad, culturally informed perspective. Across the various subjects I teach, I tailor my methods to engage learners of all ages and abilities, ensuring accessibility and meaningful progress for everyone.
Most recently, I worked as a Learning Facilitator at The Natural History Museum in London (2023-2025), where I delivered and developed a broad range of engaging educational programs, workshops, and shows tailored to diverse audiences. I also led the Community Outreach and Youth programs, creating accessible, hands-on learning experiences that inspired visitors and families to become advocates for our planet.

Beyond my credentials and experience, what truly sets me apart is my innate ability to foster a supportive and uplifting environment that balances discipline with creativity and encourages lively debate. I believe in the transformative power of education and am committed to igniting a lifelong love for learning in all my students! Public Speaking is a skill that is required in every situation, field and career. Whether you are having difficulties in a professional or social setting, or just want to develop/better your conversational and or confidence skills, I can help you out! I use a range of methods, backed by social science, psychology and Drama, to help tailor the lesson to your specific needs and goals. The lesson structure typically involves working on our three systems: the body, mind and voice. We can work on either of the three systems only if you have a particular focus in mind, but I mostly combine two or all of them as they are intrinsically connected and contribute to an overall and holistic success. Body work could involve things like: body language exploration, health and lifestyle, physical workshopping. Mind work could include things like: motivation, confidence building, manifesting and projecting a good self-image, dealing with nerves/stress, positive thinking. Voice work could include things like: public speaking skills, breath-work, pacing, tone, accent reduction. I work with all ages and levels, although I specialise in teaching KS1-4 and have a background in the education and health sector, with coaching and pastoral experience.

Perfect! Ridhi was tasked with working with my intelligent and capable boys who tended to be awkward in public and with strangers.
Ridhi did an amazing job over several months, using various exercises and activities to make them more comfortable in these situations. This culminated in the boys talking to strangers outside.

Ridhi is an excellent tutor. She has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and has encouraged me to be confident in my learning. I got back into education with a lot of fear and Ridhi has really helped me to move passed the fear and be excited to learn again. An absolute gem!

Also, I am open to setting up a payment/instalment plan if this is something you would prefer! Furthermore, I have a cancellation policy for my lessons: if you cancel the lesson less than 24 hours before the start time, you will still be expected to pay the full charge rate.
