About Samuel
I achieved an 8 in my GCSE computer science and an A in my A-level. I am in my second year of study at Cardiff University with a current course percentage of 80%. I have multiple forms of experience with teaching secondary students. For the duration of my A-levels, I tutored GCSE students in computer science and psychology, and since starting my university course, I have been tutoring both A-level and GCSE computer science. I also have experience teaching primary-level education. I am committed to delivering high-quality teaching to my students. I take pride in my lessons and believe in the way I deliver them. I aim to not just feed them information, but to build a relationship with them, and teach in a way that is tailored to them. I feel that my being a student gives me a great understanding of how to effectively teach students, as I can apply my own experience to my lessons and relate to the students about the struggles of academics.

I take great pride in my lessons and aim to personalise each lesson to engage the student as much as possible, as I find a lesson is most effective when it is enjoyable. A typical lesson will last 60 minutes. I have a year's experience tutoring, since starting, I've had excellent feedback and have helped my students drastically improve their grades. These lessons are for secondary school level, ages 13-16. However, I specialise most in key stage 4.
