I’m a medical student with an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences and a deep personal and academic interest in nutrition and metabolic health. I’ve personally lost over 11 stone (70+ kg) through a combination of science-backed strategies, mindset change, and lifestyle redesign — so I understand how challenging and life-changing this journey can be. I now help others understand how food interacts with the body, how to build sustainable habits, and how to take control of their health. My experience spans real-world fat loss, exercise, gut health, and macros — all backed by clinical insight from medicine and research.

2 years ago I asked for Ryans help with my grade 3 piano exam and I was able to use Ryans piano to practice as I hadn't yet bought my own, and after a few months with Ryan I passed my grade 3 and am now progressing onto grade 5
Ryan is a good friend of my brother, and as I knew he had done quite well in his national 5 biology and chemistry so I asked if he would help me before my exams and Ryan broke everything down for me and make it easy to understand this resulted in me getting a high B in my chemistry and an A in my biology exam which I am overjoyed at.
