I am an educator with an experience of over 9 years in school teaching and I have been teaching students in different schools at both middle school and primary level.
My technique of delivery would be based on class room teaching.
I always follow the constructivist method of teaching and not the lecture method where in I ensure learning takes place with a lot of thinking and discussion added on by effective questioning techniques.
I believe it is not What you teach that matters but How you teach that makes the difference.
My teaching is very learner centric with focus on pedagogy of learning in order to facilitate maximum transfer of knowledge in the right way.
