About Zhor
I am , a second year cardiology resident. However, today I'm not here to treat your hearts. Besides being a doctor, I am a professional chess player (FIDE 2135) and have followed it since 5 years old. In my chess career I have been honoured to hold the title of Armenian Chess Champion (under 16 male group), and have participated in countless European and World chess championships which gave me ample experience. Such events opened my eyes to chess as not just a competition but a sport, career and a reason for great minds to challenge one another intellectually and strategically.
