About Crystal
I am an adventurous individual with a passion for overall wellness and an active lifestyle.
I have approximately 15 years+ experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
I started as a Yoga, Gymnastics and Dance Teacher at "The Learning Experience" to children from ages 6 weeks to 6 years (and trust me, 6 week old babies can CERTAINLY learn yoga that provides A LOT of long-term benefits).
I am an active competitor in Spartan Competitions, Rugged Maniac Competitions, Paddle Competitions, Row Competitions, etc. So I am not one to shy away from a challenge, despite my size. I love to prove that you should never judge a book by its cover, because while I may only be 5' tall at around 95 pounds, I have outlifted, out paddled, and even outran many that are larger than me/ males/ or seemingly in better shape than me. It helps to motivate and inspire the need to reach out to any of the underdogs that simply need that support push to prove all the incredible feats to be accomplished whenever and wherever!
I also find it important to use all methodologies of movement, because a body in motion stays in motion. I do not believe in repeating the same routine day-in-and-day-out because I feel that is when interest is lost in something that can be enjoyable and extremely beneficial. I hope to have the opportunity to share my unique perspective in keeping healthy and fit with you- and all who care to join!
I am concerned about the welfare of other people, so I am often described as warm, cooperative, reliable, trustworthy, and outgoing. I enjoy innovative ideas that test my creativity and activities involved with thinking outside the box.

I can assure you that I will NOT be one of the personal/ fitness trainers that stands along the sidelines.. I will be observant and motivating you every moment of the session to ensure you receive the maximum amount of effort necessary to reach the goal(s) set. My ultimate plan that is another reason I am unique from other trainers is that I gain the utmost satisfaction and respect when I can push my clients EVEN further than the goal(s) set forth, without any stress or anxiety.
When it comes to health, wellness and fitness:
If I can have a client leave a session with me feeling utterly exhausted to where it even hurts the smile they can't possibly wipe from their face because of the great satisfaction and pride they are radiating, I have reached my own goal(s).
I can only hope that this type of motivation and actual results will turn into positive word-of-mouth so that we can start to make our local community as healthy as it can possibly be!
