About Svetlana Pokrityuk
Hi there, my name is Svetlana, I am 45 years old. In 1997 I finished University and got a degree of Russian teacher, in 2010 - degree of Ukrainian teacher. In 2015 I left Ukraine and moved to UK. I currently live in England near the beautiful city Liverpool. Being a teacher for so many years I gained a lot of experience and would be happy to share my knowledge with you.

My teaching method is communicative first of all - asking and answering questions, describing, narrating. Grammar and vocabulary are not taught in isolation. Learning happens in context. We do much listening, as students face more problems with understanding than speaking. We also do translations to and from the target language. And the most important is to make students enjoy the process of learning.
