First of all, I make students stamina by making them run 10km daily then, do some stretching and exercising after that we do some dashes and sprits to boost the stamina and again do exercises to make thighs and kalves muscles strong.
I have completed my graduation from B.Tech(CSE) and was also a software engineer but, left the job due to some reasons but, now I give coaching on running,dash, sprint,heavy weight running, strong lower body and legs to make my students fit and fast.
