About Kelly
I’m an RCM Grade 10 pianist (First Class Honors) with 12+ years of experience teaching students ages 4 through adult. My lessons are tailored to each learner—combining technique, theory, ear training and sight reading—so beginners feel supported and experienced players stay challenged. I prepare students for recitals and RCM exams (Levels 1–8), and I’m equally happy to teach “just for fun” with favorite pieces, lead sheets, or film/pop repertoire. I teach piano with a technique-first, musical approach: healthy posture/hand shape, relaxed mechanics, steady rhythm (metronome), reading, ear training, and theory woven into real pieces.
