It is important for students to enjoy and feel comfortable with the way they approach Mathematics, so I try to tailor my teaching to embrace students' approach to the subject while trying to have them see value in my ways of doing things.

I teach for understanding and not memorisation. I like to engage with students and develop a rapport. I consider drawing graphs, diagrams and tables, as well as using graphing software, to be an essential part of learning Mathematics. I also like to impart some history of Mathematics and mathematicians.

Perfect! Frank is excellent at what he does
- Macy communicates well at all times, particularly regarding gaining clarification on more complex concepts. She has good understanding on concepts learnt earlier in her Maths courses.
