About Rahul

I'm a Research & Strategy professional at Deloitte, and for the past 6 years I have been teaching Economics to school and college students. I hold an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru, and a B.Com from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

My teaching journey began with school students and grew to cover B.Com, BBA, and MBA students as well. I've taught core business subjects like Economics, Accountancy, Commerce, and Business Studies across the board, and have also spent a year training students aspiring to crack SNAP.

As a professional I use core economics and business concepts every day at work. I pass on that experience to my students to help them understand how core concepts market structures, national income, inflation, and policy all show up in the corporate research and strategy work. I ensure my students don't just learn the theory, they understand why it matters and how it connects to careers in business, finance, and consulting.

I teach CBSE, ICSE, ISC, and West Bengal Board students, and I'm available on weekends.

About the class

I believe economics is best learned by understanding, not memorizing. My classes focus on building strong concepts first, then showing how those concepts work in real situations, from pricing decisions and government budgets to inflation in daily life and business strategy.

My goal is for students to score well and also gain the kind of understanding that stays useful long after the exam. As the saying goes, marks open doors, but understanding keeps them open.
