About Amith
I am an MBA in the sports and entertainment arena. I do not have a professional certification in coaching for sprint but I am self taught and have performed at the State Level in school sports. My passion is all about helping a child improve and be part of their journey towards excellence. Results is a by product of that journey.

I am systematic and process oriented. I work on improving the strengths and ensure that weaknesses do not come in the way of overall improvement. The objectives are discussed and signed off by all parties concerned. The plan of action is laid out. The process is laid out and the responsibilities of the coach and the athlete are written down. This is not a "I tell, you do" approach. Commitment to the process and tasks toward improving is expected from both parties. The action plan will be tweaked based on the rate of progress.
