About Connor
Hey! My name's Connor Preston and I'm 21 years old, I decided to become a maths tutor because all through my life I was that friend in school that spared no effort when helping my classmates try to understand the topics they struggled to learn.
I'm hoping to do my masters sometime in the future when I've managed to save up enough money to cover all of the expenses.
In my free time I enjoy completing logic puzzles as well as climbing at my local bouldering gym.
I also like to think that I'm an approachable guy, who stays optimistic whatever the circumstances may be!

I like to take a structured, supportive approach when tutoring students in KS3, GCSE, and A-level. My lessons will help to build both an understanding of topics, not just memorising the methods, as well as providing them with the confidence to speak up in class.
I have a 2:1 degree in Mathematics from Swansea University, and I focus on explaining topics in a clear step-by-step process that makes difficult topics much easier to understand.
In lessons I'll look to identify weak points, as well as gaps in understanding, so that I can create tailored support for each student.
