Hello, I'm John. I've helped hundreds of people from all over the world to speak English with better pronunciation and grammar.

I specialise in accent reduction. Your lessons will develop your aural comprehension, vocal technique, and ability to think about English like a native. Over time we will introduce more grammatical exercises into your lessons, so that ultimately you develop a total mastery of English. All students get free access to my highly rated online course.

Online lessons are $60/hr and discounts up to 60% are available. Get in touch now to arrange a free consultation.

Reviews:

"I took a one-year course to improve my British pronunciation and reduce my native tongue accent. Tough intense lessons (as they were on a weekly basis) turned into great outcomes! John is a very talented, patient and enthusiastic teacher. He pointed out my main struggles and we worked on improving and in some cases on a completely different way of pronunciation. I can’t stress enough how much more confident and happy I feel now. Even though I’ve been living in London and working in English for many years, those silly mistakes couldn’t be spotted by me, however they do make a big difference! Thank so much again!!"
- Margarita

"John is one of the best pronunciation coaches that you can have. He is very effective, structured and he has a lot of knowledge and he understands exactly what you need to improve. After taking the course The Vowels of British English I decided to take Personal Coaching and the combination of both courses has been unique. If you want to improve your pronunciation skills I recommend that you join the course and talk with John. In just a few weeks you will see the difference."
- Carlos

"The Vowels of British English is great and it is really helping me to improve my pronunciation skills. I am also using it as a kind of resource every time I need it. This online course is a good complement to my one-to-one classes with John. I am really happy with the results so far."
- Junior

"John is a highly skilled teacher whose teaching style is challenging and sophisticated at the same time. I am never bored because he never lets me be. Thank you very much for your wonderful lessons!"
- Mai

"Not only is John a real professional of the British language melody, but he is also very dynamic, patient, and fun to learn with!"
- Gwendal

"I'm already taking notice of changes in my everyday speech and noticing when I do something very South African. So, your magic is already working!"
- Hajnalka

"John has been helping me with my English pronunciation for several weeks now. I tried with other teachers before and never quite found what I needed. Happy I found him."
- Sergi

"John is a pragmatic and patient language tutor. He has good ears and can nail down to the exact problems why I pronounce some words wrong. He would then offer specific tip upon how to overcome these. He taught me a lot of tricks about how to reduce my accent and talk more naturally. Thanks John."
- David
