Hi, I’m Yang, an experienced CPA with 10 years in accounting and payroll, including years managing a large team of 20 people. I’ve overseen payroll, month-end close, and reporting, and I’ve hired, trained, and mentored many accountants and payroll staff. I know what it takes to succeed in this profession, and I coach people to get there.

*I start by finding out your goal and where you’re stuck, then build a plan around you.
*I explain each concept in plain language with a real workplace example, then we practice together.
*You learn the “why” behind the rules, so you can handle new situations and exam questions you haven’t seen before.
*I give direct, honest feedback and a clear action plan after every session.
*You keep my study guides, templates, and practice exercises.

A typical session

*Check-in (5-10 min): review your progress and any questions since last time.
*Core topic (30-40 min): we work through one subject, such as Canadian payroll deductions, a tricky accounting topic, or exam technique, with examples and practice problems.
*Practice (15-20 min): you try problems yourself while I coach you through them.
*Wrap-up (5-10 min): we summarize what you learned and set your focus for the next session.
