About Lana

Hey! I’m a fun and patient tutor who helps students level up their reading, writing, essay writing, and poetry skills without making it feel stressful or boring.

I break everything down into super simple steps so writing makes sense—no confusion, no overwhelm. Whether it’s building strong essays, understanding reading passages, or getting creative with poetry, I’ll help you learn in a way that feels easy and clear.

My lessons are interactive, supportive, and focused on real improvement (and yes, we make progress fast). I’m all about helping you feel confident in your skills and proud of your work.

If writing has ever felt hard or frustrating, I’ve got you—I’ll help you turn it into something you understand and can do on your own.

~Teaching Methods & Techniques~

I teach in a simple, step-by-step way so writing and reading don’t feel confusing. I use examples, guided practice, and lots of feedback so students learn by doing. For essays, I use easy structure tricks like “Point, Evidence, Explain” to make writing clear and organized.

~Lesson Plan~

Each lesson is structured but flexible: a quick review, a new topic, examples, practice together, then student practice. I adjust each session based on what the student needs help with that day, so no lesson feels the same or overwhelming.

~What Sets Me Apart~

I make reading and writing feel easier and less stressful. I break everything down in a way that actually makes sense, and I’m patient until students understand it. My goal is to build confidence, not just finish homework.

~Who These Lessons Are For~
My lessons are for middle and high school students who want help with reading, writing, essays, or poetry. Whether you’re struggling or just want better grades, I help you improve step by step in a simple way.
