About Jennifer
Hi there - my name is Jennifer :) I am a 32-year-old Pilates and wellness enthusiast with over 15 years of dedicated training in movement and fitness and a Pilates Certification through the BASI International.
I am passionate about promoting health, longevity, spinal strength, and flexibility, and I believe in empowering people to feel stronger and more connected in their bodies.
Working remotely online allows me to connect with students across the world, guiding them through one-to-one and group sessions that are clear, supportive, and motivating.
Outside of teaching, I love the outdoors, reading, and travelling, and I am continuously learning to expand both my knowledge and my teaching skills.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where students of all ages and levels feel inspired to grow, progress, and enjoy the many benefits of Pilates.

My approach to teaching Pilates is clear, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use the BASI Classical methodology, focusing on correct alignment, mindful movement, and safe progressions.
Lessons typically last 55 minutes and can be adapted for beginners through to advanced practitioners of all ages.

Jennifer was an amazing Pilates instructor! I did a virtual session with her as a beginner and she was so patient and knowledgeable and made it so easy for me to start my fitness journey. Especially considering it was a virtual session, she was able to accomodate her instructor style to make sure that my form was correct. I would highly recommend!

Jen is an amazing Pilates teacher! She's very good at explaining how to do proper form, and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. I always feel like I've had an amazing workout and feel it in my muscles the day after. More than her teaching style though, Jen is really friendly and will tailor a workout based on your needs / goals or if you have any injuries. Highly recommend!!!
