Around 3 years ago I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle—one that left me feeling tired, unmotivated, and disconnected. One day, I decided it was time for a change. I offer 1-to-1 personal training sessions to give you undivided attention and support. If you’d prefer to work out with friends, I also offer group sessions, so you can stay motivated while having fun together.
