Hi, I’m Kirra! I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with experience coaching across multiple gyms on the Central Coast, helping clients build confidence, strength, and sustainable lifestyle habits. I’m passionate about creating supportive and realistic fitness environments where people feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to reach their goals.
I work with beginners, women, and general fitness clients of all experience levels, focusing on personalized coaching, technique, strength training, confidence, and overall well-being. My approach is positive, encouraging, and tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and fitness level.
Alongside my fitness background, I am also studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary) at the University of Newcastle, which has further strengthened my communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
