Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer based at PureGym Swanley and also deliver personalised online coaching. I hold a BSc in Sports Development and have years of experience as a competitive athlete. I’m passionate about helping people improve their fitness with a supportive and professional approach. I believe in tailored, realistic plans that fit your lifestyle, and I’m dedicated to guiding clients safely towards their goals—whether in person or online. Attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care are at the heart of everything I do.

About the class

My online personal training is delivered through a user-friendly app where you’ll receive fully personalised training plans, video demos, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins. I offer 4, 8, and 12-week blocks tailored to your goals—whether that’s weight loss, strength, or confidence building. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Development graduate, I combine expert knowledge with flexible coaching. Each plan includes gym or home workouts, regular updates, and full support to keep you on track, wherever you are.
