I'm still working with Trungy, but can I say in the two months I've worked with him I've lost a total of 6kg easily. I've had a really bad schedule with work and Trungy has been amazing working through my tough schedule to make sure I meet targets. Since working with him I've passed my police fitness test which would not have been possible without his skills. He always follows up and will provide aftercare and will ask for updates when you're away. The level of care and attention I've received as a client is honestly nothing short of amazing.
