Hello! I'm Sana, a friendly, patient and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and am currently completing an MSc in Health Promotion and Public Health at Ulster University, Birmingham. Studying and working in English at postgraduate level has given me excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, which I use to make lessons clear, engaging and easy to understand.
I believe learning should be enjoyable, supportive and tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether a student needs help improving grammar, building vocabulary, developing speaking confidence or preparing for school exams, I create personalised lessons that encourage steady progress and build confidence.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their individual needs, learning style and goals. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging and interactive, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their English skills.
My lessons focus on strengthening grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, pronunciation and spoken English through practical activities and real-life examples. I use structured lesson plans, regular practice exercises and constructive feedback to help students make steady progress. For younger learners, I incorporate engaging activities and age-appropriate materials to keep lessons enjoyable, while older students receive targeted support with schoolwork, GCSE preparation, academic writing or conversational English.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although I can also offer 30-minute or 90-minute sessions depending on the student's needs. Each lesson begins with a quick review of previous learning, introduces new concepts, includes guided practice and ends with a summary and optional homework to reinforce progress.
