About Paul
I'm a psychology undergraduate from Sweden currently studying in the UK. I just finished my first year and am looking to help other people with their academic needs. Back in Sweden I worked as a teacher for about a year and taught various subjects including mathematics, Swedish, English, Music and PE to children from ages 6 to 16 in different schools. I taught in smaller groups and in larger classes of up to 25 people and had no trouble doing both.

The methods I use to teach each subject depends on the age of the person and the subject itself, but the most important part of teaching is inspiration. I inspire my students, I motivate them. I connect myself to them and make them feel joy from learning. This is what I felt I lacked in school and what many lack nowadays. People do not want to go to school because it's "boring" or "a waste of time" and do not realise how important education is until it is too late. That's why I help them. I bond with my students in a way my teachers never did. I want them to feel excited to come to my classes, so that's what I aim to achieve. The way I teach then comes down to the type of person I am tutoring. Not everyone can be taught the same way, so I make situational assessments.
