BSc Psychology graduate from Cardiff University. Currently undertaking my MSc in Counseling Psychology in NUP. Based in Cyprus I am immensely passionate about psychology not just as a subject, but as a way of making sense of the world. Every student is different, but here’s what a 1-hour session might look like:
Check-in (5 mins)
Topic focus (30 mins)
→ Deep dive into one or two key areas using diagrams, flashcards, and discussion.
Exam application (15 mins)
→ Practice writing part of a response, or reviewing model answers
Wrap-up (10 mins)
→ Quick quiz or summary. Set optional follow-up tasks (notes, questions, videos).
