About Ruby
My journey in programming began with curiosity about how digital systems work, inspiring me to pursue a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering. Over 9 years of teaching, I have helped students of all levels develop logical thinking, coding skills, and confidence in applying computational solutions. My teaching emphasizes stepwise problem-solving, clear explanations, and hands-on experimentation, making programming accessible and enjoyable.
I focus on cultivating a supportive and adaptive learning environment. Each lesson is designed to align with the student’s learning pace and style while encouraging independent thinking, experimentation, and application of concepts. I emphasize understanding the logic behind code and solutions, fostering deeper comprehension rather than rote memorization, and building a foundation for future problem-solving success.
Outside the classroom, I continually explore new technologies, software developments, and innovative programming approaches. Bringing these insights into lessons ensures learners engage with current practices and real-world applications. Witnessing students progress from uncertainty to competence, confidently building and debugging programs, is deeply fulfilling.
