About Ray
My interest in programming began when I became fascinated by how simple lines of code could create useful systems, applications, and digital solutions naturally. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering and continue exploring different areas of computer technology. During the past 6 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them improve coding skills through patient teaching and structured guidance. I enjoy simplifying technical concepts into manageable lessons that learners can understand comfortably and confidently. Watching students become more independent and creative with coding continues motivating me as a tutor. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and encouragement instead of pressure-based learning. I believe students learn technical skills best when they feel supported and comfortable asking questions openly.
Throughout my teaching experience, I have guided beginners, university learners, and advanced students preparing for coding projects and technical careers. These experiences helped me understand the importance of flexibility when supporting different learning styles and technical goals. I use coding demonstrations, practical examples, guided exercises, and project-based learning to help students strengthen technical understanding steadily. I also encourage students to experiment, think independently, and solve problems logically during lessons. Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring software development projects, learning about emerging technologies, and studying modern programming frameworks and systems.
