About Frances
My journey into programming began with curiosity about software development and how technology can solve everyday problems. I completed a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, where I developed advanced technical and analytical skills. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them understand programming concepts and improve their coding confidence. Teaching allows me to simplify technical ideas and guide students effectively throughout their learning journey.
My teaching style is practical, patient, and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I modify my teaching methods according to their pace and learning goals. I focus on building strong fundamentals, encouraging hands-on practice, and helping students approach problems logically. I also create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, experimenting with code, and learning from mistakes. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring new programming languages, development tools, and modern technologies to stay updated with industry trends. This helps me bring relevant and practical knowledge into my lessons. Teaching programming is meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners into confident coders and problem solvers.
