My sessions are structured to provide clarity and calm. A typical 60-minute session includes:
The Wellness Check-In (10 mins): We start by assessing your current stress levels and mental bandwidth.
The "Roadblock" Review (15 mins): We identify the specific academic or personal challenge holding you back this week (e.g., exam anxiety, networking fears, or homesickness).
Strategic Planning (25 mins): We co-create a concrete plan. This might involve drafting a study schedule, practicing a presentation, or role-playing a difficult conversation.
The Action List (10 mins): We wrap up with 2–3 clear, achievable goals for the next week so you leave feeling in control.
