About Pooja
I am an Architect by profession, and I teach as an assistant professor at an Architecture College. My hooping journey started when I graduated with my B. Arch course. I went for a post-graduate degree and hooping continued along with that. It's been more than 4 years now and I can proudly say that it's part of my daily life and I find immense joy in hula hooping. I have organized workshops and inspired friends and relatives to try and learn hooping. It fills my heart with joy when I see people smiling after learning a new trick with a hula hoop. Hooping has multiple benefits like keeping you healthy physically and mentally as well (yes you read it right)

By profession, I am an Assistant professor and postgraduate. I believe in having fun while learning anything. My mantra in life is you can do anything if you are consistent, yes consistency is the key and a little bit of enjoyment. I can assure you of learning waist hooping in 3 days if you go by my instructions and of course follow my mantra. The usual structure of the class will consist of learning the techniques and applying them while you practice hooping with me. The structure might be a bit different if you intend to add hooping as a workout ritual and aim at losing weight.
The classes are open for children from the age of 6 yrs to there's no age to learn a new skill. Yes, the classes are open for all age groups.
