About Adam

I am a professional actor, writer, playwright and screenwriter. I am a staff writer for "The Hard Times," a California-based satire magazine and my plays have been staged professionally throughout Los Angeles. I have worked both as an instructional aide for LAUSD and a tutor for Sylvan. I also have experience teaching creative writing to college-level adults.

About the class

- I believe in a collaborative teaching method, one which directly engages instructor and student to focus on client needs and areas of interest.
- Creativity plays an integral part of my work, engaging with students.
- As an instructor, I have worked with grade levels K-5, specifically with a focus on English instruction.
- I am ESL certified and able to teach in English, Spanish and French. (Some German and Portuguese spoken as well.)
- Lessons for all ages.

I’ve always enjoyed writing, but had not before considered bringing my work to the stage, with me in it! Adam changed that for me. With his broad range of acting skills from the humorous to the dramatic, Adam was the perfect acting coach to help me tell my stories in a way that truly connected me with my audience.
