About Julian
I am a professional in sports training from the University of Antioquia, I have trained groups and in a personalized way both in physical conditioning and fitness and in boxing, I am passionate about what I do and study constantly, I always look for new experiences to train myself and get results the way as safely and intelligently as possible in others. I emphasis injury prevention and physical well-being since sports and any type of physical conditioning must be health and not the opposite.

I use different methodologies that I have learned through my training and I have put into practice, since each person has different conditions to which the exercise must be adapted, therefore I look for a methodology and type of training for the type of work, objective and person to try, since physical exercise must adapt to the person and not the person to it. I seek to plan each session in a structured way, seeking efficient and correct learning of the techniques of the exercises and how to train according to the objective, always giving importance to small progress, keeping a good follow-up of what has been done and is intended to be done , whether it is fat loss, muscle mass gains etc. my classes are for any level both beginners and advanced. I always seek constant improvement and I do my best so that there is progress and learning both about sport and knowledge about exercise and conditioning, since in this world of sport there are many myths and it is my duty as a professional to share and transmit my knowledge.
