Hi, I’m Kahmi, a professional pole dancer and fitness coach with nearly four years of hands-on training, performance, and teaching experience. I specialize in helping students build strength, confidence, and technical skill through structured, supportive pole dance coaching.
Over the past four years, I’ve developed a teaching style that blends strength conditioning, safe progressions, and flow technique to help students grow at a steady, sustainable pace. I focus heavily on proper form, injury prevention, and personalized instruction so every student feels confident and supported throughout their journey.
I believe pole dance is more than just fitness — it’s a powerful way to develop body awareness, self-expression, and personal confidence. New to pole? You’re in the right place. I’m Kahmi, a professional pole dancer and fitness coach who specializes in helping beginners build strength, confidence, and technique - even if you’ve never touched a pole before!
My beginner lessons are designed to be supportive, safe, and encouraging. You’ll learn foundational moves step-by-step, improve upper-body and core strength, and develop smooth transitions without feeling overwhelmed or rushed.
A typical session includes:
