Lessons are $30 per hour for either in person, or webcam. Lesson will be scheduled in advance at a time agreed upon by the teacher and the student. In the event that a student scheduling conflict or sickness results in a missed lesson, the student will be eligible for a make-up provided that:
- notice of the missed lesson is given by 8:00pm on the prior day
- the make-up can be scheduled within 2 weeks of the missed lesson
Lessons cancelled by the student after the 8:00pm deadline will not be made up.

In the event that a teacher conflict results in a missed lesson a make-up will be provided at a later date. Ideally, all missed lessons will be made up within one week for the sake of continuity. In extenuating circumstances of multiple missed lessons on the part of the teacher, in which it is deemed too difficult to make-up the lessons, the teacher may offer to use the missed lessons as credit toward future lessons.
